A Friday with a headliner
La Estoa's second Friday at Noma Backstage Club comes with a guest straight off the TV: Carmelo González, a regular on Comedy Central Spain, comes to Málaga to do a full hour of stand-up.
Carmelo has been on the Spanish-language comedy circuit for years. He has recorded for Comedy Central, both in its stand-up format and on Central de Cómicos, and his show El hombre que cayó a la Tierra is part of the Comedy Central Stand-Up podcast. He also won the Ciudad de Osuna Stand-up Competition.
Your host for the night Rod Díaz, founder of La Estoa Comedia.
His humour doesn't ask permission: his family, his childhood, the internet, sex and everything you shouldn't bring up at a dinner party. If you like comedy with no filter, this is your Friday.
