Classes in
Improv and stand-up
With Pato Jiménez (@pato_jajas) · Comedia en un Incendio
Learn to make people laugh in Málaga
If you've ever thought «I could get up there», this is the course for you. Pato Jiménez, from the collective Comedia en un Incendio, is starting classes this month in improv theatre and stand-up at El Cielo, in Málaga.
They run one Friday a month, from October to June, with step-by-step content that builds to an end-of-course show in front of an audience. It doesn't matter if you've never set foot on a stage: the level adapts to the group and goes up month by month.
Improv
Improv theatre: creating stories in the very moment they're happening. Pure play, no mistakes, a leap into the void.
Stand-up
Classic monologue comedy, under its modern name. You'll work on both writing and performing your own material.
